Withdrawal Policy

  1. Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without providing any reason.
  2. Withdrawal Period
The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, physically receives the products.
  3. Contact Address
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify FestiShades of your decision to withdraw from this contract via a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or email). You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not mandatory.
  4. Observing the Deadline
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send the notice of your withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.
  5. Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse you for all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs arising from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day we receive notice of your withdrawal.
The reimbursement will be made using the same payment method you used for the original transaction unless explicitly agreed otherwise; in any case, you will not incur any fees for the reimbursement.
  6. Right to Retain Refund
We may withhold the refund until we have received the products back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the products, whichever occurs first.
  7. Return of Products
You must return or hand over the products to us without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day you informed us of your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the products before the fourteen-day period expires.
  8. Return Shipping Costs
You will bear the direct costs of returning the products.
  9. Compensation for Diminished Value
You are only liable for any diminished value of the products resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the products.
